Who Qualifies for the ComEd EV Charger Rebate?
The ComEd Residential EV Charger Rebate is available to Illinois homeowners who meet the following requirements. Infinity EV confirms your eligibility before scheduling your installation.
ComEd or EIEC customer in Illinois
You must receive electric service from ComEd or be located in EIEC (Equity Identified Eligible Community) territory.
Installing a qualifying Level 2 (240V) charger
The charger must be a qualifying Level 2 home charging unit. Infinity EV installs only ComEd-approved equipment.
Using a licensed, ICC-certified installer
ComEd requires an ICC-certified electrician. Infinity EV is ICC-certified and meets all rebate requirements.
Completing installation before the January submission window
Rebates are submitted in January. Infinity EV tracks your installation date and submits on your behalf.
